Mercer is a widely adapted green-to-red bell pepper well suited for the North Eastern U.S. growing regions. The maturity is mid-early, with high yields of extra-large fruit with good quality. Plants are vigorous, sturdy, have good cover and have high yield potential. The fruit are firm, dark green and mature to a very attractive deep red color. Mercer has high resistance to Tm: 0 / X spp: 0-3, 7, 8 and intermediate resistance to Pc.
