Santo is fast-growing and one of the first slow-bolting varieties introduced. It has broad celery-like leaves, which can be harvested two or more times. This variety is very uniform and good for bunching. Santo is a widely utilized herb variety with a strong aroma. Monogerm seed is available. Organic and non-organic seeds are available.
