Kurihomare is a large (4.5-5.5 lb) Kabocha squash variety with an exceptional ‘nutty’ taste and brilliant yellow flesh. Its vigorous vine and strong plant habit allow for good growth and pollen supply, even in cold conditions. Kurihomare has good fruit setting ability and produces high yields of nice, dark green fruit.
