Imperial Star (Hybrid)
Imperial Star is a fast growing Asian type spinach that has smooth, medium green leaves. It has an upright plant habit with strong sturdy petioles. This variety is a cold tolerant variety with a low bolt tolerance. A preferred planting window for Imperial Star is late fall or early winter. Its uses include: fresh markets – bunch.

HR = High resistance: plant varieties that highly restrict the growth and development of the specified pest or pathogen under normal pest or pathogen pressure when compared to susceptible varieties.
