Himalaya is an exciting new cauliflower variety from Sakata ideal for the overwinter slot in California. It displays good-weighted, white creamy-colored heads and a nice wrap. Himalaya’s slightly higher head position allows for better disease control in wet conditions. It has a large plant habit with large leaves and is also ideal for Mexico and Guatemala production.
