Hercules (Hybrid)

Carrot / Carrot – Chantenay

Hercules is an early-maturing, extremely smooth Chantenay-Kuroda type hybrid. A high yielder, it is an excellent juicing carrot. The medium-orange roots are about 1.5 inches in diameter and about 7 to 7.5 inches long. The roots have good flavor, with Brix averaging 8.5 to 9.
