Eagle is an early-mid maturing variety that has nice smooth uniform, globe-shaped roots. It has a small to medium-sized crown and tap root. Eagle has a medium dark red interior with little to no zoning. This variety is perfect for beet processors, fresh market growers and home gardeners.
