Years of Service at Sakata: One very exciting year!

Currently Breeding:  Melons

Angela, what led you to decide to become a vegetable breeder?

My grandmother who was an avid gardener. She had me out enjoying her plants, sowing seed, and harvesting peas before I could even walk.

What’s the best part of your job?

Sakata recently celebrated 40 years of business in NAFTA – Do you have anything special you’d like to say about Sakata?
